Terms of Service

MonsterKong Auto ("the Service") connects to your YouTube channel(s) and runs an automated marketing pipeline on every new upload: SEO copy (title, description, tags, chapters), three thumbnail variants, and 3–5 short-form vertical clips with word-level burned-in captions. Source videos up to 2 hours are supported.

The Service also includes Clip Studio, an in-app editor where you can trim, reorder, restyle captions, change a clip's aspect ratio, regenerate a clip, and publish finished clips to YouTube or to other platforms (TikTok, Reels, X, LinkedIn) via Blotato. An optional AI Story Studio can generate narrated, music-scored story videos from a topic or script.

Assets are delivered to your dashboard and stored in a private Google Cloud Storage bucket, then auto-deleted after 7 days of inactivity. The Service depends on third-party providers — including the YouTube Data API, Google Gemini, Apify, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, Sonauto, Blotato, and Stripe — whose availability we do not control.

You must sign in with a valid Google account and are responsible for activity under it. Do not use the Service in a way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or applicable law, including uploading content that infringes copyright or violates platform policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

The Service is offered as an annual subscription at $997/year ($83/month equivalent), with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected at checkout; the subscription converts automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled. We bill in USD via Stripe.

Each video processed reserves credits from your balance up front; a failed pipeline run auto-refunds the unused portion. Subscription credits roll over to the next month up to 2× your monthly allowance. Top-up credit packs (from $25) never expire.

Additional YouTube channels beyond the number included with your plan are billed as a separate $97/month subscription per extra channel. You can add or remove extra channels at any time.

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal linked in your billing page; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period unless required by law.

You may optionally connect your own third-party API keys (for example Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, Sonauto, or Apify) so that the corresponding AI work runs on your own provider accounts and billing rather than ours. When you do, that usage is governed by your agreement with that provider, those charges are your responsibility, and we are not liable for their costs, limits, or availability. Keys are encrypted at rest and used only to perform the work you request.

We use Apify to download your source videos. Each account includes a limited number of free downloads on our infrastructure per month; beyond that you must connect your own Apify key or purchase credits to continue downloading on our infrastructure.

You own everything on your YouTube channel and everything generated for you by the Service — SEO copy, thumbnails, clips, captions, and any AI Story Studio videos. You grant us a limited license to process, transcode, store, and (where you direct it) publish that content for as long as needed to run the automation pipeline and the features you use.

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated content may contain factual errors, awkward phrasing, or inaccurate chapter timestamps; you are responsible for reviewing each asset before publishing it on YouTube or distributing it elsewhere. We make no warranty that any generated asset will drive any particular level of views, subscribers, or revenue.
